【摘要】:Laminatesaremadebybondingtogethertwoormorelayersofmaterialormaterials.Theirperformanceisoftendependentontheabilityofthelaminatetofunctionasasingleunit.Iftheplieshavenotbeenproperlybondedtogether,theperformancemaybeadverselyaffected.Laminatesmaymaintainadequatebondstrengthunderstandardtestconditions,butunderconditionsofusemayexhibitanincreaseordecreaseinbondstrength.Applyingheat,suchasinboilablepouchapplications,mayadverselyaffectbondstrength,asmaycoldtemperatures,suchasthoseencounteredinfreezerstorageoffoods.Fatsandoilsmayalsoinfluencebondstrengthaswellasthesoftnessormodulioftheplies.Thistestmethodcanbeusedtocomparebondstrengthofsimilarmaterialsandtostudychangesundertheseandotherconditionsofenduse,providingcautionisusedwithrespecttotheeffectsoftheincludedforcetobendtheseparatedplies.1.1Thistestmethodcoversaprocedureforcomparingthebondstrengthorplyadhesionofsimilarlaminatesmadefromflexiblematerialssuchascellulose,paper,plasticfilm,andfoil.Thisincludeslaminatesmadebyvariousprocesses:adhesivelaminates,extrusioncoatings,extrusionlaminates,andcoextrusion.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareprovidedforinformationpurposesonly.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyproblems,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.Specificprecautionarystatementsaregivenin7.1.1.
