【摘要】:ThisTechnicalReportprovidesguidanceontheselectionofappropriatestatisticaltechniquesthatmaybeusefultoanorganizationindeveloping,implementing,maintainingandimprovingaqualitymanagementsystemincompliancewithISO9001.ThisisdonebyexaminingthoserequirementsofISO9001thatinvolvetheuseofquantitativedata,andthenidentifyinganddescribingthestatisticaltechniquesthatcanbeusefulwhenappliedtosuchdata.ThelistofstatisticaltechniquescitedinthisTechnicalReportisneithercompletenorexhaustive,anddoesnotprecludetheuseofanyothertechniques(statisticalorotherwise)thataredeemedtobebeneficialtotheorganization.Furthermore,thisTechnicalReportdoesnotattempttoprescribewhichstatisticaltechnique(s)aretobeused;nordoesitattempttoadviseonhowthetechnique(s)aretobeimplemented.ThisTechnicalReportisnotintendedforcontractual,regulatoryorcertification/registrationpurposes.ItisnotintendedtobeusedasamandatorychecklistforcompliancewithISO9001:2000requirements.Thejustificationforusingstatisticaltechniquesisthattheirapplicationwouldhelptoimprovetheeffectivenessofthequalitymanagementsystem.NOTE1Theterms"statisticaltechniques"and"statisticalmethods"areoftenusedinterchangeably.NOTE2ReferencesinthisTechnicalReportto"product"areapplicabletothegenericproductcategoriesofservice,software,hardwareandprocessedmaterials,oracombinationthereof,inaccordancewiththedefinitionof"product"inISO9000:2000.

Future acquisition of alloys for plate, 6heet and strip should bemade under QQ-S-766, Steel Plates, Sheets, and Strip - Corrosion Resisting.Class 1 for bar and forging should be made under alloy 201 of ASTM A 276,Standard Specification for Stainless and Heat-Resisting Steel Bars and Shapes.Class 2 is no longer available, hut alloy s28200 of A 276 can be usedin its place.
